COVID-19 Infusion Treatment
Information about monoclonal antibody infusion treatment to prevent hospitalizations due to severe COVID-19 symptoms.
Release of Isolation: Residents should follow CDC Guidelines and City of El Paso Health Department Guidelines. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you are asked to isolate for at least 5 DAYS after your symptoms begin or 5 DAYS after testing positive if you had no symptoms. Remain at home until symptoms have improved AND you have had no fever for the last 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication AND wear a mask around others for 10 days from initial symptoms/positive test. Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills, cough, fatigue, body aches, muscle or joint pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, headaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, nasal congestion, and loss of taste and/or smell.
Whether symptomatic or asymptomatic (no symptoms), the community is encouraged to get tested if they have been or suspect to have been exposed to COVID-19.
