Release of Isolation: Residents should follow CDC Guidelines and City of El Paso Health Department Guidelines. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you are asked to isolate for at least 5 DAYS after your symptoms begin or 5 DAYS after testing positive if you had no symptoms. Remain at home until symptoms have improved AND you have had no fever for the last 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication AND wear a mask around others for 10 days from initial symptoms/positive test. El Paso COVID-19 Testing Locations
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, chills, cough, fatigue, body aches, muscle or joint pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, headaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, nasal congestion, and loss of taste and/or smell.
Whether symptomatic or asymptomatic (no symptoms), the community is encouraged to get tested if they have been or suspect to have been exposed to COVID-19.

Residents are able to request at-home testing kits from the federal government via CovidTests.gov and are reminded to please report positive test results via the Self-Reporting Form.
City of El Paso Testing by Appointment
Testing is free and available for anyone 6 months or older with or without symptoms.

Specimens will be collected curbside. Patients are asked to park in the designated parking area for testing and follow the instructions provided upon arrival.
Test results for samples that were collected by the City of El Paso at 7380 Remcon, 9566 Railroad, or 110 Candelaria St. will be available 48 to 72 hours after collection via a one-time link that will be emailed or text. For assistance contact the COVID Hotline at 21COVID (915-212-6843).
Notification to view test results will be provided via email within 3-5 days. Don’t forget to check your Junk/Spam email folders.
CVS Testing
CVS officials report that the pharmacy will accept insurance at the drive-thru test sites; and uninsured patients will be covered under a program funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
Individuals must register in advance at CVS Minute Clinic.
WE Medical Labs Testing
COVID-19 PCR AND Rapid Testing by WE Medical Labs is conducted by appointment AND walk-ins. Appointments are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling (915) 218-6026.
Testing is open to everyone, with or without symptoms. Residents are requested to bring the following with them for their appointment:

- Valid Driver's License or State ID
- Doctor's order (If available; however, WE Medical Labs will still conduct a COVID-19 test without a doctor’s order.)

Revive Medical
Appointments can be scheduled online at www.revivecovidtest.com or by calling RevIVe at 915-248-4863. Same day appointments are available, First Responders and Healthcare Providers are given priority processing and results are available 12-48 hours after the sample is received in our lab.
When medically necessary, the test is covered at no cost to patients with or without insurance. Patients must provide a copy of their insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid card. If patients are uninsured, they must provide their social security number, or a copy of their driver’s license or state issued ID.
